Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?+
Yes — Free isn't a trial, it's a permanent plan. You get unlimited reviews collected and displayed, the storefront widget, CSV import/export, and A/B overrides on up to 50 orders per month, with no card required and no time limit.
How is billing handled?+
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Shopify's standard app billing. Charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice.
What counts as an order?+
Any Shopify order created on your store in the current calendar month. Refunded and cancelled orders count toward the limit. Reviews themselves are always unlimited.
What happens if I go over my order limit?+
We'll let you know in-app and via email. Reviews continue to display normally. You can upgrade at any time and the prorated charge appears on your next Shopify invoice.
Can I cancel?+
Yes — uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days then permanently purged.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't pro-rate partial months. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@rightreviews.app within 14 days.
